This is all about Testamentary Freedom, right to pass property at death
and to decide who gets what, the right to decide the form that some
gets it in. It also tells the Court who will be responsible for carrying out
the terms of the Testamentary document. The Ways to devise

substitutes are life insurance, joint tenancy, and beneficiary payment
on death accounts.
